Refund & Return Policy

AlJaffal Centre

AlJaffal Centre supplies office stationery, electronics equipment, and related products across Qatar on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Special or custom orders

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

  • Since orders are COD, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.

4. Return Procedure

Customers should contact us with order details and reason for return. Our team will arrange pickup or advise return instructions.
